To add/subtract a period of time to/from a date

 

Select math Math tab, click Next.

 

If the  calculation has to ignore weekends and/or holidays etc then choose a skip-dates file. If necessary, create a new one or edit an existing one.

 

Click Insert to create a new record.

 

Enter the starting date, and the number of days months and years to add.

 

Subtract by entering a negative number. You can mix negatives and positives - eg to add 1 day less than 3 years, enter Days=-1, Months=0, Years=3.

 

If you want to include the first date in the result, select 'Include First Date'.

 

Optionally enter a description of that describes the set of dates.

 

Click the Post button to save and recalculate.

 

To print a report or export the data, click the Print button or click Next.

 

To make another calculation select Insert to start the above process again.
