Click (above) to insert a new record.
Click Date-From cell to display calendar control. Select the starting date.
Enter the number of Days, Months and Years to add to the initial date.
Optionally enter a Description.
The resulting date is displayed in the right-most column.
Click Print... (above) to print or export.
