This option will fit as much information as possible on each page.

If it can fit more than one instance of the columns to be printed then it will print them in groups.

You can enter the millimeters gap between each group.

(a) Not selected

(b) Selected

In the Recurring Dates tool, this setting is incompatible with the setting below and will be hidden if that one is selected.

Add blank column across page for notes & comments

This will print a line across the balance of the page, eg:

Lines Between Rows

Line Around Perimiter

Extra Space Between Rows

Landscape

Print sideways.
