This tool calculates the difference between one or more sets of two dates OR date plus/minus a period of time and stores the results to a grid.
Interval (1) Calculation Method
First Date Is the first date in the range. Enter the date in dd/mm/yyyy format.
Count First Date Select this box if you want to include the first date in the calculation.
Final Date This is the final date in the range. Enter the date in dd/mm/yyyy format.
Count Final Date Select this box if you want to include the final date in the calculation.
Recalculate Use this button to recalculate the figures when you have made a change.
Add You can use this to add a period of time (days, weeks, months, years or any other elected period of time) to a date.
Subtract You can use this to add a period of time (days, weeks, months, years or any other elected period of time) to a date.
Dates Excluded From Calculation You can click this button to create, edit and select lists of dates that should be excluded from the calculation - for instance weekends and public & school holidays.
Description Use this field to describe what the date calculation is. The default is 'General Calculation'.
Output Table The output table indicates the 'From' and 'To' dates, the difference between the two dates in day, weeks and years, and the description of the two dates as entered by the user. |
