Count First Date

Indicate whether the date range includes the earliest date.

Count Final Date

Indicate whether the date range includes the latest date.

Middle Dates

Eg: If 12 Dec is a middle date (ie between the earliest date and the latest date) does this mean TO 12 Dec or FROM 12 Dec?
