Options (Repeat)

The Repeat tool requests a description for the repeated item. It provides a drop down menu of choices that you can specify here.

Use the Insert, Delete, Post buttons (above), plus F2 to edit.

You can optionally use these merge codes in the description: 

%n Means the n'th one.

%q Means the total quantity. 

%r Means the number remaining.

For instance, if you have a 12 month loan payable monthly, you could enter a description such as

'Loan repayment number %n (%r left)'
