Pro-rata (6) Print

You can print the report to screen or paper, CSV file, Sylk file or web page.

If you choose screen or paper you will be given the following options regarding the report presentation.

Calculation

- is the full text description of the calculation process.

Date From/Date To

- are the dates used for the period for each person. Note that any dates that fall outside the bill period will be clipped. For example if the bill is for the period January 7 to January 24, but the persons' period has been input as January 6 to January 30 - the Date From & date To will be reported as January 7 & January 24.
