We agree to defer legal action on the condition that you strictly comply with the following repayment plan.
The repayment plan commences on Wednesday, 15 October 2014. As at Tuesday, 14 October 2014 the total amount owing will be ten thousand nine hundred and twenty-four dollars and twenty-five cents ($10,924.25) comprised of principal ($10,000.00) and interest ($924.25).
If you don't strictly comply with this plan then the debt can be recalculated taking into account the actual dates and amounts of payments, and legal action can be instituted against you without further notice. Proceedings can be for recovery of the total liability (including interest and costs), or some lesser amount - for example the amount of any overdue instalment(s).
If you encounter difficulties complying with the schedule then you must contact us to discuss the issue.
Please keep this timetable in a prominent place and ensure that each instalment is paid by the specified date and in the designated amount.
You can also elect to payout the debt completely. The Payout figure shows the amount that can be paid instead of the Instalment at each date.
However, the payout figure is calculated on the basis that you have paid all prior instalments substantially on time — otherwise the payout figure will be incorrect and will need to be recalculated.
Please note that the repayment amounts take into account ongoing interest, and credit for each payment received. We will provide full details of that calculation if requested.
