To create a chronology of events:
1. Enter the Calculations as at date. (Today's date is used by default).
2. Select Next to move on to the next step.
3. If you want to calculate a person's age as at each event, select Print Age. NB. If you do this you will be asked to enter the person's Date of Birth.
4. Tick Use Time if you need to enter times as well as dates. NB. If you do this you will be asked to indicate if you need to Use Time Zones.
5. Select Next to move on to the next step.
6. Click on Insert to add a new event.
7. Enter Date.
8. Enter Time (optional)
9. Enter the Event Description
10. Select Exit
