Each step's date will be calculated using the number of days, months and years that you specify it will take.

If you want to compensate for weekends, public holidays etc, then you will need to say so here.

Click the down-arrow to select existing skip-dates or create new ones. Click the main button to edit settings. Tick Invert to reverse the skips.
