Repeat (12) Print - Standard

What will be printed?

By default each page will have these columns:

1. The Date

2. If at least one record has a non-blank Description, all pages will have a Description Column approx 30mm wide.

There will be one group of these columns per page unless the Save Space option is used (see below).

Amount and Balance

Auto select: will always include an Amount & Balance column if at least one record has a non-zero amount, otherwise will never show the column.

Neither: Will never show either Amount or Balance column.

Amount but not Balance, Balance but not Amount: self-explanatory.

Save space

This option will fit as much information as possible on each page.

If it can fit more than one instance of the columns to be printed then it will print them in groups.

You can enter the millimeters gap between each group.

This setting is incompatible with the setting below and will be hidden if that one is selected.

Add blank column across page for notes & comments

This will print a line across the balance of the page, eg:

The Repeat tool includes an additional Advanced printing option. When selected it overrides the

Advanced Printing
